YOU DID IT! You crossed the finish line of this season. What a race it’s been. You all did so well. I’m sure each of you had some ups and downs, and setbacks which are just part of the journey. I wanted to say thank you for everything. You all make me proud to be your coach. I also wanted to take a second and say thank you to my captains for all your extra work to make this season a success. Now for my seniors…. I am so grateful for each and every one of you. You have all brought your own unique personality and qualities to this program. I will miss each one of you very much. Thanks for adding so much joy to my life and this team. Such bright futures! You’ll always be my kids!

We are on to our last three days of the season! Three more opportunities to finish the season strong. Today’s workout is an easy day, which will set you up for your last workout tomorrow. Also, check in with your captains later today, about the gift pick up later this week.

Hello to all. It’s your last Saturday workout of the season! Get out there and do your best. Today’s a short workout, but it’s a tough workout. So watch your particular training video today, best of luck. Also, only a few practices left so reach out to your teammates and encourage them.
